Android operating systems and a knowledge of the setup of android hardware.
Resolution of associated technical issues and escalation of high impacting incidents where appropriate and follow through to resolution
Providing technical support for contact centre and field sales reps.
Assisting Data & Systems team in the extraction of customised lead lists from the company database for uploading to dialler campaigns.
Establish the needs of users and monitoring user access and security
monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users.
Commission and install new applications and customise existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose
A relevant qualification in I.T or Computer Science
1 year + experience in a Contact Centre environment highly desirable
Experience of Genesys Pure Connect platform highly desirable
Experience in the development of MS SharePoint sites and applications
Strong software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to see issues through to resolution
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
